Projects Overview
Since listing on the Australia Stock Exchange on 30 November 2005, Odyssey
has consolidated its initial position in central Utah with acquisition of
an additional 15% interest in the original 5,023 acre North
Helper Gas Project area, and through the acquisition of a substantial number of additional mineral
leases on-trend. The Company now has a 30% Working Interest in 27,981
gross acres across the expanded project area.
The Company has also entered into a second major project by acquiring a
33.33% interest in the Jester-Bloomington
Gas Field Re-development in Greer
County Oklahoma – initially covering 7,200 acres, but now a Letter of Intent
has been signed to acquire an additional 16,000 gross acres adjacent to the
existing Jester-Bloomington project area. The Company will now have
a 33.33% Working Interest in approximately 24,000 gross acres in the expanded
project area.
